Gina M. Mazzariello is a seasoned healthcare regulatory attorney and leader. Gina currently serves as Vice President, Human Pharma Business Law at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in Ridgefield, CT. In this role, Gina oversees the operational legal advice for the human pharmaceutical business and leads a team of legal professionals. Prior to this role, Gina has held a
number of leadership roles within BI, including at the Corporate Headquarters in Ingelheim, Germany.
Gina is also active in the community, with a focus on development of people and furtherance of diversity and inclusion. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity, a non-profit organization of which Boehringer Ingelheim is a member, which is dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in the practice of law in CT. Gina
is thrilled to be on the Board of the 12.14 Foundation and is committed to the mission of instilling grit and resilience in youth.
Gina holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. from Syracuse University. Gina currently resides in Newtown, CT with her two
children, one of whom is active in the NewArts program.
